A wellness area with a dry sauna, a Turkish steam bath and a sensory shower, inside the old town. It is not a shared room with a timetable to respect: you book it, and it is yours. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, water and herbal tea are included.
The dry sauna
Between 60 and 100 degrees, in dry air. The most immediate benefit is the release of endorphins: the body unloads quickly and the mind slows down. The first heating stage lasts five to eight minutes, lying down or seated; in the second, two minutes seated with your feet on the floor, circulation picks up again. Afterwards there are the loungers, and a herbal tea to choose.
The steam bath
Humidity around 100%, temperature between 25 and 50 degrees. The steam wraps around you, clears the breath and releases toxins through sweat: the Greeks and the Romans had the right idea, and the peoples of the Middle East built a philosophy on it. When you are done, spend fifteen minutes lying under the tropical wall, doing nothing at all.
The sensory shower
A path that brings touch, sight and smell together. Warm water alternates with cold, the lights change colour, and different essences pass through the air: refreshing mint in the cold phase, then a tropical cycle scented with passion fruit and citrus. You travel from a northern setting to an exotic one in a few minutes.
How it works
The session lasts up to an hour and a half and is reserved for guests of the property, by appointment. Price: ⟨to be confirmed⟩ — the property reopens on 31 August 2026 and the wellness rates have not yet been confirmed by the new management.
