What this site collects, and what it does not.
Who handles your data
The data controller is Kairos S.r.l., VAT 03057000998, Piazza di Soziglia 1, 16123 Genoa, Italy, which operates Teseo Rooms & Relax and Teseo Apartment. For anything concerning your data, write to info@teseogenova.com.
What this site collects
Very little, and nothing that identifies you. The site sets no profiling cookies, runs no analytics or tracking tools, and loads nothing from third-party domains: the typefaces and the photographs are served from here. Like any web server, ours records the requests it receives — IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. They keep the site running and protect it from abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest), and they are deleted after fourteen days.
The availability calendar
When you open a room or apartment page, the calendar asks one of our own servers (checkin.cerbero.me) for free nights and rates. It is a technical request like any other: it produces the same log lines and no profile. Nothing is asked of you, and nothing is stored on your device.
When you book
The booking is completed on Hostaway’s system, which opens in a page of its own: your name, contact details and payment data are collected there, under its own privacy notice, and reach us as the operators of the property so we can give you the room, register you as the law requires and issue tax documents (legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations). No payment data passes through this site.
When you write to us
The contact buttons open WhatsApp or your email client: the message leaves from you, with whatever you choose to tell us. WhatsApp belongs to Meta and has its own privacy notice; our mailbox is on Google Workspace. We use those messages to reply and, if you book, to organise your stay.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold, have it corrected, erased or restricted, object to the processing and ask for a copy of it (Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Write to info@teseogenova.com. If you believe something is wrong, you may contact the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Changes
If the site changes what it collects, this page changes too. Last updated: 12 August 2026.
